Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je návrh a následná realizace modelu 1:1 funkčního sedacího prvku.Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí. Teoretická část slouží jako úvod do problematiky sedacího nábytku. Praktická část se zabývá hledáním vlastního návrhu.Konečným výstupem je stručná technická dokumentace, vizualizace finálního návrhu a prototyp.

Maing goal of this thesis is design of seating furniture followed by manufacturing. Thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes history and ergonomics of sitting. Further describes benefits of different types of materials.Second part of this thesis describes particular phases of design proces.
