Autor oneself he dealt at their work. Phenomenon of so-called independent Candidates in municipal and regional Election. By direct vote of city mayor, Inovate methods electione campaign and to sectionant and to consinder chance independent candiate agains partys candidate in the citys, regions and communes.
Abstract:
Autor sa zoberal vo svojej práci, Fenoménom tzv. nezávislých kandidátov v obecných a krajských voľbách. Priamou voľbou starostu, novými metódami volebnej kampane a rozdelením a zvážením šancí nezávislých kandidátov oproti kandidátom straníckym v mestách a obciach a krajoch.
