Tato diplomová práce se zabývá pokročilou analýzou molekulárních vibrací, konkrétně se jedná o studium vztahu vibrací molekuly jako celku ve vztahu k vibracím jejích stavebních bloků. Abstract:
This thesis deals with advanced vibrational characterization of (bio)molecules. Namely, we split a molecule to its building blocks and study how strength and type of interaction among these blocks influences the overall vibrational frequencies of the molecule.
