Práce se zabývá epoxidací esterů získaných z olejů s vysokým obsahem nenasycených mastných kyselin. Nejprve jsou popsány oleje, jejich výroba a vlastnosti. The thesis deals with epoxidation of esters obtained from oils with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids. First, oils, their production and properties are described. Furthermore, the work describes transesterification, epoxidation and analytical methods used.
