Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine and to evaluate supply-demand relations at Pork Meat Market in the Czech Republic in the selected period (2000-2018). The aim was fulfilled based on the partial aims. Those are to identify and verify factors, which may influence the consumption and consumer price of pork.
