Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce s názvem Analýza kompetencí a předpokladů pro podnikání ve 21. století je určena pro potencionální podnikatele, kteří nad sebou pochybují a bojí se začít. Cílem bylo identifikovat bariéry v začátcích, vybrat jednu relevantní a nabídnout pro ni řešení. Práce přehledným způsobem analyzuje, jaké vlastnosti, předpoklady, znalosti, dovednosti a kompetence jsou pro úspěšné podnikání potřeba. Následným výzkumem mezi zkušenými podnikateli je určeno, jaké charakteristiky jsou ty nejdůležitější a jak je lze prověřit. V závěru je formulováno konkrétní řešení, tedy demoverze super podnikatelského testu, která lidem pomůže udělat první krok k jejich vlastnímu podnikání.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis, entitled Analysis of competencies and preconditions for business in the 21st century, is intended for potential entrepreneurs who doubt themselves and are afraid to start. The aim was to identify barriers in the beginning, select the relevant one and offer a solution for it. The thesis clearly analyzes what qualities, prerequisites, knowledge, skills and competencies are needed for successful business. Subsequent research among experienced entrepreneurs determines which characteristics are the most important and how they can be verified. In the end, a specific solution is formulated, ie a demo version of a super business test, which will help people take the first step towards their own business.
