Abstract:
Plísně jsou často producenty celé řady toxických látek. Ergosterol je látka se steroidní strukturou, vyskytující se v přírodě ve velmi omezeném počtu organismů včetně plísní. Díky této vlastnosti jej lze za určitých podmínek použít k důkazu a kvantifikaci plísní v rostlinném materiálu, jako jsou pícniny, obiloviny apod. Abstract:
Fungi are often producers of a wide range of toxic substances. Ergosterol is a substance with steroid structure, occurring in nature in very limited number of organisms including fungi. With this feature it is possible under certain circumstances and the evidence used to quantify fungi in plant material such as fodder crops, cereals, etc. Its content in the selected materials can be used as one of …more
