Contaminants in baby food

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na 5 vybraných kontaminantů, které se objevily v dětské výživě. V úvodu je základ potravinové legislativy, konkrétně týkající se dětské výživy a kontaminantů. U vybraných kontaminantů byly uvedeny jejich vlastnosti, popsán jejich výskyt v životním prostředí a potravinách. Dále jsou zde uvedeny konkrétní příklady, kdy byly tyto kontaminanty nalezeny ve výživě, která je určena kojencům, nebo malým dětem. V závěru práce jsou návrhy na minimalizace vzniku kontaminantů v potravinách.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on 5 selected contaminants that appear in baby food. In the introduction is described food legislation, concerning of baby food and contaminants. Selected contaminants are further disscused with relation to environment and their occurrence in food. Particular are introduced examples of contamination of nutrition intended for infants or small children. At the end of the thesis, there are proposals to minimize the formation of contaminants in food.
