Abstract:

Práce se zabývá návrhem volantu, jako hračky a ovladače, ke hře na tabletu, která je propojena s automobily značky Škoda. Práce zahrnuje rozbor digitálních, popřípadě semi-digitálních hraček a jejich vliv na rozvoj dítěte. To zahrnuje doporučení relevantních institucí ohledně vhodného věku a míry použití, ale i zhodnocení studií poukazujících na pozitivní aspekty videoher, a to jak v edukativních, tak i sociálních sférách. Zabývá se i vznikem a působením fenoménu "motion sickness" a to včetně způsobů jeho zamezení. Následně řeší problematiku trávení času v automobilu z pohledu dětí i dospělých a vyvozuje závěry z jejich ambivalentních názorů. Práce zahrnuje i ukázku relevantních produktů a jejich zhodnocení. Získané informace reflektuje v návrhu konzole a přidružené aplikace.

Abstract:

The work focuses on the design of a steering wheel as a toy and controller for tablet gaming, which is connected to Škoda brand cars. The study includes an analysis of digital or semi-digital toys and their impact on child development. This includes examining recommendations from relevant institutions regarding appropriate age and usage limits, as well as evaluating studies highlighting the positive aspects of video games in educational and social spheres. It also addresses the occurrence and effects of the "motion sickness" phenomenon, including ways to prevent it. Subsequently, it explores the issue of time spent in cars from the perspective of both children and adults, drawing conclusions from their ambivalent opinions. The work includes examples of relevant products and their evaluation. The acquired information is reflected in the design of the console and its associated gaming app.
