Abstract:
This bachelor theses deals with the issue of Business Register. It analyses Business Register, its legal regulations, subjects contained in Business Register. It also deals with records in Business Register and in the second part it provides information about procedural aspects of Business Register. This work gives us complex view on given theme.
Abstract:
Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou obchodného registra, rozoberá obchodný register, jeho právnu úpravu, subjekty zapisované do obchodného registra, tiež sa zaoberá zápismi do obchodného registra a v druhej časti sú prebraté procesné aspekty obchodného registra. Práca nám vytvára komplexný pohľad na danú tému.
