Communicative competence of a teacher assistant in a class at elementary school

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce s názvem "Komunikativní kompetence asistenta pedagoga ve třídě na základní škole" se věnuje profesi asistenta pedagoga na základní škole a jeho kompetencím, cíleně se zaměřuje na komunikativní kompetence v souvislosti s požadavky uvedenými v odborné literatuře. Práce je rozdělená do dvou částí - teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související s tématem a je popsáno legislativní ukotvení profese asistenta pedagoga. Jsou zde také uvedeny požadavky na osobní a profesní kompetence pro tuto práci a popsána pracovní náplň. Závěr teoretické části je zaměřen na komunikativní kompetence AP ve třídě, popisuje jednotlivé prvky komunikace a možná rizika s tím související. Praktická část navazuje na teoretickou část a mapuje názory AP na problematiku komunikace v rámci jejich profese. Následně jsou tyto názory porovnávány s odbornou literaturou.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis called "Communicative competence of a teacher's assistant in the classroom at primary school" is dedicated to the profession of teacher's assistant at primary school and his / her competencies. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the topic and describes the legislative anchoring of the teaching assistant profession. There are also requirements for personal and professional competences for this work and job description. The conclusion of the theoretical part is focused on communicative competence of the AP in the classroom, describes the individual elements of communication and possible risks related to it. The practical part builds on the theoretical part and maps the views of the AP on the issue of communication within their profession. Subsequently, these opinions are compared with scientific literature.
