Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výskytem vybraných patogenních a podmíněně patogenních bakterií v odpadních vodách a jejich antimikrobiální citlivostí. Pomocí klasických kultivačních metod byly ze vzorků odpadních vod izolovány bakterie rodu Salmonella a Campylobacter, a dále bakterie Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa a Yersinia enterocolitica U vybraných bakteriálních kmenů bylo provedeno testování …more
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the occurrence of selected pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic bacteria in wastewater and their antimicrobial susceptibility. Bacteria of genus Salmonella and Campylobacter as well as Staphyloccocus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Yersinia enterocolitica were isolated from wastewater samples by culture-dependent methods.
