Vymáhání pohledávek za fyzickými osobami je téma, jež se dotýká mnohých z nás. Způsobů, jak se domoci na dlužníkovi pohledávky, je mnoho. V této práci je řada z nich nastíněna a klíčová pozornost je věnována exekucím prováděným soudními exekutory. Abstract:
Debt collection from individuals is a topic that touches many of us. Ways to obtain the debtor debts are many. In this work, many of them are outlined and attention is drawn to executions carried out by court bailiffs. Execution is usually in the recovery of a sum of money from the mandatory, i.e. the debtor, to the creditor, i.e. the lender, or the compulsion to meet other obligations. The theory …more
