Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat světový obchod s cukrem a postavení Austrálie na tomto trhu. V první kapitole je popsána historie cukru jako komodity, jeho produkce, spotřeba a faktory, které produkci i světovou cenu cukru ovlivňují. Jsou zde také analyzováni globální aktéři tohoto trhu. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the world sugar trade and the role of Australia in this market. The first chapter describes the history of sugar, its production, consumption and some factors which influence world sugar production and the world sugar price.
