Bakalářská práce je vypracovaná na téma Motivace a stimulace pracovníků ve vybraném podniku. Pro tuto práci byla vybrána společnost Penny Market s.r.o. Cílem bakalářské práce je specifikovat a popsat motivační nástroje v podniku a určit jejich přínos pro zlepšení finančního zdraví. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části.
