Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá příčinami syndromu vyhoření v oblasti podporovaného zaměstnávání. Tyto příčiny jsou zjišťovány z pohledu pracovníků, kteří v této oblasti pracují. V práci jsou také nastíněny možnosti preventivních opatření.
Abstract:
The Master’s Thesis investigates the causes of the burnout in the supported employment area. The thesis explores the causes from the supported employment organizations employees’ point of view and tries to highlight the burnout prevention possibilities.
