Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá podnikovým vzdelávaním zamestnancov. Cieľom je nájdenie odpovedi na otázku „Aká je spokojnosť zamestnancov spoločnosti XY s podnikovým vzdelávaním?“. K zisteniu požadovaných informácií bola využitá forma tzv. zmiešaného výskumu, ktorý bol realizovaný kombináciou štúdia dokumentov, dotazníka a pološtrukúrovaných rozhovorov.
