Application of the cafeteria system in the chosen company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Aplikace cafeteria systému ve vybraném podniku“ pojednává o moderním způsobu odměňování. Jejím cílem je navrhnout systém poskytování zaměstnaneckých výhod s využitím cafeteria systému v podniku Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. Předložená diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje problematice odměňování se zaměřením na zaměstnanecké výhody a flexibilní systém odměňování. Pozornost je věnována taktéž trendům v oblasti zaměstnaneckých výhod, přínosům cafeteria systému, průběhu jeho implementace a příkladům firem využívající cafeteria systém. V praktické části je představen zkoumaný podnik a jeho současná nabídka zaměstnaneckých výhod. Výsledný návrh cafeteria systému je vypracován na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření, osobních rozhovorů, poskytnutých materiálů a poznatků z teoretické části práce. Součástí návrhu cafeteria systému je kromě rozpočtu a rozdělení bodů uveden časový průběh, personální zajištění, analýza nákladů a rizik.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis „Application of the cafeteria system in the chosen company” describes a modern method of an employee reward system. The goal of the thesis is to design a new method for providing employee benefits with the use of cafeteria system in the company Tyco Electronics Czech s.r.o. The proposed thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with reward system with the focus on employee benefits and flexible reward system. Further the theoretical part describes modern trends in the employee benefits field, advantages of cafeteria system, its implementation and examples of companies using cafeteria system. The practical part first describes the evaluated company and its current employee benefits system. Second it designs cafeteria system for the evaluated company based upon questionnaire, interviews, provided materials and the thesis research. Part of the cafeteria system is, apart from budget and division of points outline, also timetable, manpower requirements and risk and cost analysis.
