Tato práce se zabývá problematikou terciérních silicifikovaných dřev Moravy. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je anatomický popis vybraných vzorků silicifikovaných dřev a jejich systematické určení. Mikroskopické výbrusy byly analyzovány pomocí programu ImageJ. This work deals with the problematic of tertiary silicified woods from Moravia. Principal aim of this graduation theses is an anatomical description of choosen samples of silicified woods and their systematic identification.
