Expense Controlling in Chosen Company

Abstract:

My thesis contains not only a theoretic description of what controlling is and controlling of costs. I used also practical counting which demonstrates how the controlling department works. On the basis of methods and analyses I ascertained that the controlling department is able to expose any negative effects. In my counting, I included actual indicators. The thesis is divided into two chapters. The first one handles the theoretical definitions of what controlling and costs are. The second chapter consists of describing of an enterprise. We will study enterprise activities, organizational structure and information systems of the enterprise. I concentrate mainly on controlling of costs. In the actual counting, the ratio of fixed costs to variable costs is compared. The counting is processed in tables and graphs.

Abstract:

Obsahom mojej práce nie je len teoretický popis čo je controlling a controlling nákladov. V práci som použila aj praktické výpočty, na základe ktorých v praxi pracuje controllingové oddelenie. Na základe metód a analýz som zistila, že oddelenie controllingu skutočne dokáže včas odhaliť negatívne javy. Do svojich výpočtov som použila ukazovatele z praxe. Práca je rozčlenená v dvoch kapitolách, kde prvú z nich tvoria teoretické východiská popisujúce definíciu čo je controlling a náklady. Druhá kapitola pozostáva z predstavenia podniku z hľadiska činnosti podnikania, z hľadiska organizačnej štruktúry, informačného systému podniku. Skúmam controlling v konkrétnom podniku. Zameriavam sa na controlling nákladov. V praktických výpočtov je v práci porovnávaný pomer stálych a premenlivých nákladov. Výpočty sú spracované v tabuľkách a grafe.
