Tato práce se zabývá analýzou současné právní úpravy pozemkových úprav. Stěžejní je zákon č. 139/2002 Sb. Jako výsledek analýzy jsem formuloval náměty de lege ferenda, které se týkají souhlasu s řešením vybraných pozemků, převodů státní půdy, počítání hlasů při volbě sboru, definice pojmu pozemek, doby k uplatnění námitek k návrhu, zahájení hospodaření, stabilizaci pozemků vzniklých geometrickým plánem …more

This work analyses current adjustments of legal regulations in land arrangements where Law 139/2002 Sb is instrumental. I have formulated, based on the results of my analysis, topics of “de lege ferenda” that are concerned with the solution (that I agree with) to selected properties, transfer of ownership of state owned land, counting votes during board election, definition of the term property, period …more
