Project of the evaluation performance of the company XYZ

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá přístupy k měření výkonnosti podniku. V úvodu jsou popsány důvody pro využívání ukazatelů k měření výkonnosti podniku. Teoretická část práce popisuje klasické přístupy k měření výkonnosti podniku a posléze se věnuje moderním měřítkům výkonnosti podniku, která se snaží odstranit kritiku klasických ukazatelů. Druhá, praktická část je směřována ke zhodnocení výkonnosti společnosti XYZ, nejdříve pomocí klasických měřítek a v rámci finanční analýzy, následně pak pomocí moderních měřítek hodnocení výkonnosti podniku. Závěr práce poukazuje na měřítka vhodná pro analyzovanou firmu a naznačuje možnou podobu jejich aplikace.

Abstract:

The master thesis is dealing with the approaches to measurement of the company perfor-mance. At the beginning there are described the reasons for using these measures. The theoretic part of the work describes the classical approaches to measurement of the compa-ny performance and then devotes to the modern approaches which try to avoid disadvan-tages of the classical indicators. The practical part of the thesis is focused on evaluation of the company performance of the company XYZ at first with help of the classical measures and in the framework of financial analyses, after that with help of modern measures. At the end of the thesis there is demonstrated a suitable concept of the measurements and efficient evaluation of the XYZ company and described proposal of the possible implementation.
