Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza systému firemního vzdělávání ve středisku Diakonie Českobratrské církve evangelické (dále jen středisko Diakonie ČCE) v Myslibořicích. Cílem je analyzovat firemní vzdělávání, jeho využití a rozvoj vybrané firmy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoreticko-metodologické části se nachází definice základních pojmů, firemního vzdělávání, identifikace potřeb, plánování, realizace, hodnocení vzdělávání a motivace ke vzdělávání. Dále jsou v této části vymezeny dva výzkumné problémy a detailně popsána metodika práce. Metodami sběru informací jsou: analýza dokumentů, dotazníkové šetření a rozhovor. V aplikační části je stručně představena organizace Diakonie ČCE a detailně charakterizováno její středisko v Myslibořicích. Diakonie ČCE je nestátní neziskovou organizací zajišťující sociální služby. V této části je popsán systém firemního vzdělávání. Dále je vyhodnocen dotazník, který byl předložen zaměstnancům a vyhodnocen polostrukturovaný rozhovor vedený s koordinátorkou vzdělávání. Výsledky pomohly k nalezení odpovědí na výzkumné problémy. Aplikační část je zakončena konkrétními návrhy opatření. V závěru bakalářské práce je shrnutí veškerých zjištěných fakt o systému vzdělávání v organizaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis analyses a system of professional training at the Diacony Centre of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren (further on as "the Diacony") in Myslibořice. The aim is to analyse company training, its use and development of the chosen company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical-methodological part contains definitions of the key terms, company training, needs analysis, planning, realization, training evaluation and motivation. What can also be found in this part is a specification of two research problems and a detailed description of the methodology. The methods of information collection are: documents analysis, questionnaire investigation and interview. The applicational part of the thesis briefly introduces the Diacony's organizational structure and characterizes its Myslibořice centre in a closer detail. The Diacony is a non-state and non-profit organization ensuring social services. This part also describes the system of company training, assesses the questionnaire, which was given to the employees, and the semi-structured interview conducted with the training coordinator. The result helped to find answers to the research problems. The applicational part closes with suggesting concrete precautions. The conclusion of the bachelor's thesis summarizes all facts ascertained about education within an organization.
