Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice jevu zvaného mobbing. Obsahuje shrnutí základních poznatků o jeho historii, příčinách, průběhu, aktérech a dopadech na jedince. This thesis deals with the problems of the phenomenon known as mobbing. It contains the summary of basic knowledge of its history, causes, process, participants and effects on individuals.
