Development of area protection of historic settlements on the example of the city Štramberk

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem plošné ochrany Štramberku. Středověké město, které se rozkládá v předhůří Beskyd, jehož dominantou je gotická věž Trúba. Štramberk se stal roku 1969 městskou památkovou rezervací, ta chrání historické jádro města a dřevěnou zástavbu na předměstí, která je souborem roubené městské architektury. V první kapitole probereme historii ochrany a legislativu - zákony a předpisy péče o historická města. Dále se podíváme na samotný vývoj historického města, jeho památkový fond a vývoj plošné ochrany. Práce se rovněž zabývá jednotlivými památkovými postupy při obnově památek. V závěru se pokusíme o zhodnocení těchto postupů a celého vývoje plošné ochrany.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of area protection in Štramberk. A medieval town located in the foothills of the Beskydy Mountains, dominated by the Gothict ower Trúba. Štramberk became an urban conservation zone in 1969, which protects the historic core of the city and the wooden buildings in the suburbs, which is a set of timbered city architecture. In the first chapter we will discuss history of protection and legislation - laws and regulations of care and preservation of historic cities. We are also going to look at the development of the historic city itself, its monument fund and the development of its area protection. The work also deals with individual monument procedures in the restoration of monuments. In the end, we are going to try to evaluate these procedures and the whole development of area protection.
