Abstract:
Cílem předkládané práce je ozřejmit vznik a průběh občanské války v Sierra Leone, jejíž podstatná část proběhla na konci minulého století. Práce se pokouší především odpovědět na otázku, kde leží příčiny této občanské války z historického hlediska i bezprostřední předválečné situace. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is description of civil war in Sierra Leone in 1991 – 2002. This thesis tries to answer to two main questions. Where lie origins of this civil war and if course of the action (war) was unavoidable. Last but not least is exmined participation of international community and consequences of civil war in Sierra Leone.
