Abstract:

Práce se zabývá studiem morfologie povrchu a optických vlastností transparentních vodivých oxidů. Opticky transparentní a elektricky vodivé oxidy (TCO) jsou binární, ternární nebo multi-komponentní sloučeniny alespoň jednoho kovového prvku, které díky poměrně dobře řiditelným vlastnostem mají velmi široké pole uplatnění. Vybraným materiálem pro tuto studii byl dopovaný oxid zinečnatý, který díky svým vlastnostem a dostupnosti je jedním z velmi perspektivních materiálů použitelných např. jako horní sběrnice nebo zadní odrazná vrstva v sestavě tenkovrstvého solárního článku. Díky právě těmto aplikacím je práce zaměřena a rozdělena do několika částí. První část popisuje současné znalosti o vybraném materiálu. Dále jsou popsány základní principy použitých experimentálních technik a v experimentální části jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky. Byl vypracován metodický postup pro získání optických parametrů z UV-Vis spektrofotometrie, dále byly získávány, zkoumány a popisovány poznatky o vlivech vybraných technologických parametrů na fyzikální vlastnosti dopovaného oxidu zinečnatého.

Abstract:

This work deals with a study of surface morphology and optical properties of transparent conductive oxides. The optically transparent and electrically conductive oxides (TCO) are binary, ternary of multi-component compounds of at least one metal element, which have wide range of application due to quite well changeable properties. The material chosen for this work was the doped zinc oxide, which have a number of new perspective applications. One of these applications is a front contact or a backscattering layer in a thin film solar cell. Thanks to these application is this work focused and divided into several parts. The first part describes current state of knowledge about chosen material. The basic principles of experimental techniques used are described in next part. In the experimental part the results achieved are summarized. The methodical approach for evaluation of optical parameters from UV-Vis spectrophotometry was developed. The knowledge about influences of chosen technological parameters on physical properties of doped zinc oxide was obtained, investigated and described.
