V mé bakalářské práci na téma okolností způsobujících zánik trestní odpovědnosti Jsem nejdříve obecně vymezil okolnosti způsobující zánik trestní odpovědnosti jako skutečnosti znemožňující pachateli za jeho čin uložit trest dle zákona.
