Abstract:

Po druhé světové válce byli odsunuti němečtí obyvatelé z krušnohorského pohraničí na Německou stranu. Což vedlo k opuštění domů někdy až celých vesnic. Hory Sv. Šebestiána se toto týkalo jen částečně, kdy počet obyvatel klesl na 181 pro porovnání z roku 1890 zde žilo 2142 obyvatel. Opuštěné domy byly ponechány osudu. Úkolem této práce byla identifikace zbytku po zástavbě v údolí, ve kterém protéká říčka Chomutovka u Hory Sv. Šebestiána. K přesnější identifikaci zbytku zástavby bylo použito laserového skenovaní LIDAR poskytnutý z ČUZK a staré mapy (císařské otisky, vojenské mapovaní). Pomocí fotogrammetrického zpracování leteckých snímků byl získán digitální model reliéfu (DMR) včetně digitálního ortofota. Dalším krokem bylo vytvoření pomocí programu SketchUp 3D model budov a železničního mostu vedoucího přes údolí. V posledním kroku práce šlo o zkompletování DMP a 3D modelu objektu do jednoho výsledného 3D modelu.

Abstract:

After World War II, German inhabitants were displaced from the Erzgebirge borderlands on the German side. It led to the abandonment of houses sometimes entire villages. This relate to Mount St. Sebastian as well but only partially when the population reduced to 181. For comparison of the year 1890 there were 2,142 inhabitants. Abandoned houses were left. The goal of this work was to identify the residue after the buildings in the valley where the river Chomutovka flows through of Mount St. Sebastian. For the accurate identification of the rest of the buildings old maps (imperial prints, military mapping) and laser scanning LIDAR were used which was provided from the CUZK. By using photogrammetric processing of aerial photographs digital elevation model (DMR) was obtained, including digital orthophoto. The next step was to create using SketchUp 3D model of buildings and railway bridge over the valley. In the last step of the work was the completion of DMP and 3D object model into a single 3D model.
