Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení efektivnosti investičního projektu v obchodní korporaci a návrh jeho financování. Na základě literární rešerše jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy spojené s investicí, jejím hodnocením a také riziky, které s sebou nese. The diploma thesis is focused on the evaluation of the effectiveness of an investment project in business corporation and the proposal of its financing. Based on the literature search, the basic concepts associated with the investment, its evaluation and also the risks involved are explained.
