Lifelong education and personal development of prison service employees

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce blíže rozlišuje a zkoumá faktory, jak profesní vzdělávání ovlivňuje osobní rozvoj v rámci celoživotního vzdělávání jedinců pracujících v bezpečnostním sboru Vězeňské služby. Teoretická část práce bude cílit své zaměření na zmapování pracovního objektu Vězeňské služby České republiky, která s sebou přináší jistá kritéria, které přímo ovlivňují způsob a formu celoživotního vzdělávání zaměstnanců. Stěžejní část práce se zaměří na mapování dovedností potřebné pro osobní růst jedinců v rámci udržitelnosti budoucího trhu práce. Praktická část je zaměřena na získání kvalitativních dat respondentů, která nám dovolí identifikovat blíže motivaci, názor a zajímavé podklady, které mají za následek ovlivňování osobnostního rozvoje jedince. Závěry bakalářské práce poskytnou odborné i laické veřejnosti deskripci dané problematiky podle zvolených kritérií a pomohou tak tuto profesi lépe přiblížit širšímu kolektivu lidí.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis more closely differentiates and examines the factors of how professional education affects personal development within the lifelong education of individuals working in the security corps of the Prison Service. The theoretical part of the work will focus on mapping the work object of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, which brings with it certain criteria that directly influence the method and form of lifelong education of employees. The core part of the work will focus on mapping the skills needed for the personal growth of individuals within the framework of the sustainability of the future labor market. The practical part is focused on obtaining qualitative data from the respondents, which will allow us to identify more closely the motivation, opinion and interesting materials that have the effect of influencing the personal development of the individual. The conclusions of the bachelor's thesis will provide the professional and lay public with a description of the given issue according to the chosen criteria and thus help to bring this profession closer to a wider group of people.
