Diplomová práce bude rozebírat povahu odpovědnosti provozovatele za škodu způsobenou provozem vozidla a sjednání pojištění. V rámci práce se autorka zaměří na definici odpovědnostního vztahu a vymezení nároků, na které se pojištění vztahuje.
