Specifics of institutional care for young people with higher educational care.

Abstract:

Záměrem bakalářské práce "Specifika ústavní výchovy pro mládež se zvýšenou výchovnou péčí" je snaha o hlubší proniknutí do problematiky systému ústavní péče. Má za cíl analyzovat konkrétní zařízení pro ústavní a ochrannou výchovu dětí a odhalit specifika ústavního zařízení počínaje klienty, pracovníky zařízení, postupů práce i vlivu ústavu jako "totální instituce". Obsahem práce je charakteristika výchovných zařízení, systém nařizování ústavní nebo ochranné výchovy, dále definice poruchového chování, role personálu v ústavním zařízení, působení vlivu ústavního zařízení jako "totální instituce" se zamřížovanými okny a pevně daným řádem. Součástí práce je analýza výchovného ústavu pro mládež se zvýšenou výchovnou péčí působící na severu Čech. Pomocí metod kvalitativního výzkumu, (rozhovoru a pozorování) bakalářská práce vypovídá o životě a vztazích mladistvých odloučených z rodinného prostředí do uzavřeného prostředí výchovného zařízení pro mládež.

Abstract:

The aim of thesis: "The specifics of the constitutional education for young people with increased educational care" is an attempt to penetrate deeper into the issue of institutional care. It aims to analyze specific equipment for institutional and protective education of children and reveal the specifics of an institution starting with clients, staff facilities, work practices and the impact of the Institute as a "total institution". The content of the work is characteristic of educational equipment, mandating the constitutional system or protective education, further definition of fault behavior, the role of the personnel in the constitutional device to influence the constitutional device as a "total institution" with barred windows and fixed by the regulations. Part of this work is to analyze the educational institution for young people with higher educational care operating in northern Bohemia. By using the methods of qualitative research (interview and observation) thesis tells about the life and relations of minors from the family environment to a secluded restricted environment of educational facilities for young people. Thesis continues to work with the concepts of family, curator, ADHD, juvenile delinquency, norms, rules of conduct recognized and others. On the basis of three factors, the child, the staff and the "total institutions", identifies the specifics of institutional care.
