Abstract:
Přehledová bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou únavy ze soucitu u sester. Cílem práce bylo jednak identifikovat rizikové faktory, které přispívají ke vzniku únavy ze soucitu u sester, jednak určit protektivní faktory a vhodné metody na minimalizaci této únavy u sester. Abstract:
This review bachelor thesis addresses the issue of compassion fatigue in nurses. The aim of the thesis was to identify risk factors that contribute to the development of compassion fatigue in nurses and to identify protective factors and appropriate methods to minimize compassion fatigue in nurses.
