Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou návratu žen po rodičovské dovolené na trh práce v souvislosti s absolvováním kurzu na podporu zaměstnanosti. The Diploma Thesis deals with the issue of women returning after their parental leave to the employment market in context of finishing the employment subsidy course.
