Comparison of Surface Roughness Characteristics Created Using Unconventional Machining Technologies

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá komparací charakteristik drsnosti povrchů, které vznikly pomocí nekonvenčních obráběcích technologií, konkrétně pomocí plazmy a laseru. Teoretická část práce se zabývá třemi tematickými okruhy. První kapitola popisuje metody snímání povrchů a normami, ve kterých je popsáno, jak se povrchy vyhodnocují. Druhá kapitola obsahuje normami danou terminologii povrchů a statistické metody pro vyhodnocení. Ve třetí části jsou popsány nekonvenční technologie a detailněji rozebrány technologie plazmy a laseru. Praktická část se zabývá porovnáním řezů laserem a plazmou na různě hlubokých řezech a také výrobou a vyhodnocením podobnosti otisků těchto povrchů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the comparison of surface roughness characteristics, which were created using unconventional machining technologies, specifically using plasma and laser. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with three thematic areas. The first chapter describes the methods of surface sensing and standards, which describe how surfaces are evaluated. The second chapter contains standard terminology of surfaces and statistical methods for evaluation. The third part describes unconventional technologies and analyzes plasma and laser technologies in more detail. The practical part deals with the comparison of laser and plasma sections on different depth sections, as well as the production and evaluation of the similarity of impressions of these surfaces.
