The goal of Bacelor´s thesis consist in describing the functioning of the entrepreneur in other than the normal mode and assessing the regulation of special modes on the basis of their comparison. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je priblížiť fungovanie podnikateľa v inom ako v bežnom režime a zhodnotiť právnu úpravu osobitných režimov fungovania podnikateľa na základe ich komparácie. Prvá kapitola vysvetľuje pojmy ako sú podnikateľ, podnik a úpadok.
