Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vinnou révou, jako kulturní rostlinou, výchozí surovinou pro výrobu vína a potenciálním léčivem. Dále popisuje chemické složení této plodiny a vyrobeného vína zaměřené především na zdraví prospěšné antioxidanty. Blíže tato práce popisuje jeden z nejznámějších antioxidantů, resveratrol. Abstract:
This work put mind to grape-vine, as the cultivated plant, as the feedstock for the producti-on of wine and as the potential drug. Also describe chemical composition of this crop-plant and wine, primarily focused on health-promoting antioxidants. Closer this task describe the best-known antioxidant, resveratrol.
