Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu růstu a jatečné hodnoty kůzlat mohérové kozy. Růst kůzlat, jatečnou hodnotu a kvalitu masa ovlivňují různé faktory, mezi které patří především plemeno, výživa, pohlaví a četnost vrhu. This bachelor thesis deals with the theme of a growth and a carcass quality of the Angora goat kids. The growth of the goat kids, carcass quality, and quality of the meat are influenced by various factors including breed, nutrition, sex and the number of kids which are born in one litter.
