Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the incidence and diagnosis of salmonellosis in the Czech Republic. Currently, salmonellosis is the second most common bacterial gastroenteritis in the Czech Republic. The genus Salmonella includes a large number of serotypes, which makes its diagnosis difficult in many laboratories.
