Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou pověřených obecních úřadů, a to se zaměřením na komparaci jejich neinvestičních výdajů. Předmětem zpracování je popsat postavení pověřených obecních úřadů v systému české veřejné správy, dále uvést základní informace o municipálním rozpočtu a následně analyzovat a také porovnat neinvestiční výdaje dvou vybraných obcí s pověřeným obecním úřadem.

This bachelor thesis deals with authorized municipal officies and it is focused on the comparison of their non-capital expenditures. The main aim of this thesis is to describe the status of authorized municipal officies in the Czech public administration system, as well as give basic information about the municipal budget and then analyze and compare the non-investment expenditures in two selected …more
