Cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of non-medical healthcare professionals

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá znalostmi neodkladné resuscitace u nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v nemocničních zařízeních. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na problematiku neodkladné kardiopulmonální resuscitace. Je popsán postup základní i rozšířené resuscitace, zajištění a poresuscitační léčba v rámci nemocničního zařízení a kompetence nelékařských zdravotnických pracovníků v rámci kardiopulmonální resuscitace. V praktické části práce je vyhodnoceno dotazníkové šetření se zaměřením na teoretické znalosti neodkladné resuscitace, které probíhalo v nemocničních zařízeních mezi nelékařskými zdravotnickými pracovníky. K vyhodnocení jsou vypracovány statistické údaje, které z průzkumu vyplynuly. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit teoretické znalosti nelékařského zdravotnického personálu v problematice neodkladné resuscitace.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis focuses on knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation of non-medical healthcare professionals in hospitals. The thesis contains two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the problems of cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The algorithm of basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation, patient stabilization, and post-resuscitation care in hospitals is described. In the practical part of the thesis, the questionnaire survey focused on theoretical knowledge of cardiopulmonary resuscitation which was realized in hospitals. Evaluation is statistically assessed. This thesis aims to evaluate the theoretical knowledge of non-medical healthcare professionals on the issue of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
