Pallets flow management in the company FM Logistic
Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na optimalizaci oběhu palet ve společnosti FM Logistic. Kromě návrhu optimalizace procesů, souvisejících s evidencí palet, přináší i návrh na změnu centrální evidence obalů. Výstupy práce poslouží jako základ pro návrh nového informačního systému, který bude použit ve všech distribučních centrech společnosti FM Logistic.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the pallets flow management optimization in the company FM Logistic. Beside a proposal for optimization of the processes related to the pallet evidence, it brings also a proposal for change of the central package evidence. The work should serve as a basis for a design of new information system, which should be used in all distribution centres of the company FM Logistic.
