Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na problematiku právnej ochrany spotrebiteľa od vzniku Slovenskej republiky do súčasnosti. V prvej časti práca definuje základné pojmy súvisiace so spotrebiteľskými zmluvami. V druhej časti prináša stručný prehľad o najdôležitejších zmenách v právnom poriadku Slovenskej republiky.
