In the diploma thesis Operetta/musical ensemble of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre from 2010 to 2013 I explore the process of conceptual transformation and modernization in the operetta/musical ensemble of the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in 2010-2013, and its success.
