Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o modulaci imunitního systému hostitele produkty vylučovanými různými druhy parazitů, zejména helmintů a především o metodách, které je možné využít ke sledování vlivu těchto imunomodulačních molekul. This thesis discusses the modulation of the host immune system products secreted by various types of parasites, particularly helminths and especially about the methods that can be used to monitor the impact of these immunomodulatory molecules.
