Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu kostní denzity a nutričnímu stavu. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie kosti, kostní onemocnění spojené s hustotou kostní tkáně, možnosti vyšetření obsahu minerálů v kostní tkáni a správná výživa kosti. V praktické části je popsán průběh průzkumu, prováděného v osteocentru v nemocnici krajského typu, role radiologického pracovníka při měření kostní denzity, získávání dat z kostní denzitometrie a získávání dat o nutričním stavu respondentů. Výsledky těchto dat jsou zaznamenány v tabulkách a grafech v praktické části. V závěru práce je vyhodnocení získaných dat.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with bone density and nutritional status. The theoretical part describes the anatomy of bone, bone disease associated with bone density, the possibilities of examining the content of minerals in the bone tissue and proper bone nutrition. The practical part describes the course of the survey carried out in the osteocentre in the regional hospital, the role of the radiologist in measuring bone density, obtaining data from bone densitometry and obtaining data on the nutritional status of respondents. The results of these data are recorded in tables and graphs in the practical part. At the end of the work, there is the evaluation of the obtained data
