Comparison motivation of employees within the service centers in the CZ
Abstract:
V diplomové práci jsou představeny motivační nástroje společnosti MANN+HUMMEL Service, s.r.o. a jejich vliv na spokojenost zaměstnanců. Motivovanost zaměstnanců této firmy je srovnávána s ostatními servisními centry v rámci České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je vytvoření návrhu řešení, které by vedlo ke zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců ve společnosti MANN+HUMMEL Service, s.r.o.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focused on motivational tools of the company MANN + HUMMEL Service, Ltd. and their impact on employee satisfaction. This company´s employees´ motivation is compared with other service centers in the Czech Republic. The main goal of this thesis is to create a draft solution that would help to increase the motivation of employees in the company MANN + HUMMEL Service, Ltd.
