Předmětem bakalářské práce „Problematika sociální pojištění“ je vhled do systému sociálního pojištění, zejména do jeho oblasti nemocenské a důchodové. Věnuje se jak hledisku povinných či dobrovolných plateb pojistného, tak nárokům, resp. splnění podmínek pro vznik nároku na plnění z obou těchto pojištění a jejich výpočtu.
