Stanovení vlivu množství maziva na velikost koeficientu tření

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem předložené diplomové práce bylo stanovení vlivu množství maziva na velikost koeficientu tření. Z hlediska důvodů zadání se jednalo o ověření skutečnosti, zdali s užitím většího množství maziva dochází také ke zlepšení tribologických podmínek. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na tribologii (historie a druhy tření), parametry drsnosti povrchu, maziva a povrchové úpravy ocelových plechů. V experimentální části je následně na tribologickém zařízení SOKOL 400 provedena tribologická zkouška protahováním pásků s ohledem na změnu množství daného maziva a kontaktního tlaku. Naměřené hodnoty tribologických sil byly následně zpracovány do příslušných tabulek a grafů. K samotnému výpočtu koeficientu tření pak byla použita maximální síla v ustálené oblasti označována jako Fh (N). Z hlediska testování statistických hypotéz o míře statisticky významného vlivu množství maziva na koeficient tření byla provedena také analýza rozptylu (zde 2F ANOVA). Naměřené a popsané skutečnosti jsou shrnuty v závěru.

Abstract:

The main aim of the presented thesis was to determine the influence of the amount of lubricant on the friction coefficient. Regarding its assignment, it was to verify whether the use of a larger amount of lubricant also improves the tribological conditions. The theoretical part focuses on tribology (history and types of friction), surface roughness parameters, lubricants and surface treatment of steel sheets. In the experimental part, a strip drawing tribological test is then carried out on the tribological equipment SOKOL 400 with respect to the change of lubricant amount and the contact pressure. The measured values of the tribological forces were subsequently processed into the corresponding tables and graphs. The maximum force in the steady region, denoted as Fh (N), was then used to calculate the friction coefficient itself. In terms of testing statistical hypotheses about the level of statistical significant about influence the lubricant amount on the friction coefficient, an analysis of variance (here 2F ANOVA) was also performed. The measured and described facts are summarized in the conclusion.
